TWIRLING LAD was hustled to the front, showed the way on the inside, responded well when asked on the far turn, drew off under a strong hand-ride in upper stretch, was put to a right-handed crop outside the furlong marker, remained under the crop into the final sixteenth then was placed under a hand-ride late while much the best. EMOTIONLYAVAILBLE broke a bit slow then was bumped by ZIP FOR RICK, became keen off heels under tight restraint nearing the first turn, saved ground while rated just off the pace, was roused on the far turn, chased under a drive in the stretch and secured the place while no match for the winner. OHONTE'S OWN settled outside in the three path without cover, chased on the far turn, spun into the stretch in the four path and weakened while able to get the show. LOBBYIST saved ground while reserved off the pace, was roused on the final turn, turned into upper stretch under a drive, moved out near the sixteenth-pole and failed to threaten. HIGH LEVERAGE stalked the pace on the outside in the two path, was asked late on the backstretch, chased in the two path through the far turn and tired. SLEEP WALKING went around the opening bend in the two path, settled on the outside near the back, was urged along passing the half-mile pole, went around the far turn in the two path and was no factor.
