SAIL WITH THE WIND was taken back between horses early, rounded the first turn in the two path, settled outside on the backstretch, stalked in the three path under coaxing on the far turn, was roused coming to the quarter-pole, made a bid into upper stretch then took the lead, came in while kicking clear into the final furlong and drew away under strong urging. NONNA LYNNE came outward at the start then angled in at the back, saved ground under a snug hold the first turn, settled at the rear, went around the far turn in the two path, was roused near the five-sixteenths pole, came out some into upper stretch and narrowly earned the place while no match for the winner. SARATOGA SNOW settled on the inside, was urged along on the far turn, moved out under a drive in upper stretch, raced between foes outside the sixteenth-pole and just missed the place while able to get the show. MOMMY'S TURN showed speed on the inside of DOWNTOWN CHANNEL, was conceded the front before the first turn then taken under a tight hold while inside on that bend, pulled hard on the bit early on the backstretch, gave up the advantage outside the nine-sixteenths pole, vied inside of DOWNTOWN CHANNEL while along the rail on the far turn, was asked once straightened for the drive, dropped back into the final furlong and weakened. DOWNTOWN CHANNEL showed speed on the outside of MOMMY'S TURN then backed off the front, raced in the two path under tight restraint on the first turn, tugged her way to the lead outside the nine-sixteenths pole, vied in the two path on the far turn, was asked at the quarter-pole, battled under a drive in upper stretch, dropped back into the final furlong, was taken in hand in crowded quarters late and also weakened.
