COCKTAILSNKRINGLE broke in and bumped with a rival, was urged along off the pace, chased in the four path for most of the turn, dropped to the three path while gaining late on that bend, made a bid outside of the leader into upper stretch then took the advantage inside the three-sixteenths pole, responded well under threat from both sides in the final furlong and held under strong urging. GOLDEN SYMPHONY was hustled from the gate, established a good position just off the pace, drafted inside on the turn, was asked turning into upper stretch, chased along the rail into the final furlong, gained into the final sixteenth, came out under a left-handed crop while making a bid late and just missed but earned the place. MASTER FREUD broke extremely fast then bobbled a bit while coming away clearly two lengths in front of the rest of the field, pricked his ears while leading early then lost the advantage, raced just off the pace between horses, had the rider lose her crop around the five-eighths pole, lost position while steadying some in the two path early on the turn and dropped back, came out then bore out to the five path later on that bend, was guided into the stretch under heavy left-rein pressure, rallied outside under a strong-hand ride once straightened, gained to make a bid into the final furlong, battled outside of two rivals late and was outfinished while clear for the show. FARM TEAM settled well behind the rest of the field, was urged along in the three to four path on the turn, turned into upper stretch under a drive, drifted in outside the furlong marker and lacked the needed kick while up for the last spot in the superfecta. GYPSY DREAMING bumped with a rival at the start, rushed up to get the lead then showed the way, went around the turn in the two path, was asked near the quarter-pole, lost the advantage under a drive in upper stretch, dropped back into the final furlong and gave way. AWESOME EMPIRE tracked the pace on the outside, chased in the three path for most of the turn then dropped to the two path and tired.
