Footnotes
FREE REFILLS brushed with a foe at the start, traveled around the first turn in the two path, settled off the pace, was urged along while inside for most of the far turn then shifted to the two path, moved out in upper stretch, rallied to get the lead at the furlong marker then drew away under steady urging to prove much the best. BEAU CHEVAL brushed with an opponent at the start, saved ground on the first turn, was well placed just off the pace, went around the far turn in the two then three path while asked, gained to make a bid outside the furlong marker but proved no match for the winner while able to get the place. ROSSBEIGH became rank when taken under a vigorous hold early, continued rank while having the rider fall back in the saddle into the first turn, saved ground on that bend, was reserved off the pace, went around the far turn in the three path while roused and got up for the show. BOURBONCENTRIC went around the first turn in the three then four path, settled off the pace, was urged along passing the half-mile pole, moved in late on the backstretch, shifted from the two path to the four path on the far turn, came out in upper stretch and lacked the needed kick. PILOT KNOB moved in while establishing a forward position, raced in the two path on the first turn, prompted the pace outside of the leader, drew even near the nine-sixteenths pole, vied in the two path on the far turn, led under a drive in upper stretch, lost the advantage near the furlong marker and weakened. G FIVE was taken under a tight hold between horses early, moved from the two path to the three path on the first turn, gained under coaxing early on the backstretch then prompted the pace on the outside, vied in the four path while asked on the far turn, dropped back in upper stretch and also weakened. BOOTSY'S A RASCAL contested the pace on the inside, was asked on the far turn, dropped back under a drive in upper stretch and tired. NONNO JOE was caught in the five to six path on the first turn, dropped back late on that bend, raced towards the rear, saved ground on the far turn and faltered then was eased but walked off. MAMBO WISHES stumbled significantly just after the start, came out from the three path to the five path going around the first turn, settled well back on the outside, traveled around the far turn in the three path then was also eased but walked off. ROCOLINO broke out and brushed the gate, raced in the four then five path early on the first turn, dropped back then angled in late on that bend, lagged at the rear, saved ground on the far turn and was also eased but walked off.
