BEHOLD THE KING broke out and bumped with a foe, established a forward position early, stalked the pace on the outside in the two to three path, was given his cue on the far turn, gained the lead inside the three-sixteenths pole, drifted in while moving clear outside the sixteenth-pole and just held under strong urging. CHAMBERSVILLE was bumped at the start, raced in the two path under reserve, was roused on the far turn, moved to the three path late on that bend, chased behind horses into the final furlong, moved in near the sixteenth-pole, gained to make a bid between horses late and just missed while narrowly able to get the place. EPIC DESIRE was well placed just off the pace on the inside, chased on the far turn, pursued the leaders under a drive into the final sixteenth, gained to make a bid inside of the top two late and just missed while clear for the show. FLEET N READY went to the front, showed the way while inside to the two path, was asked near the quarter-pole then came under a drive in upper stretch, lost the advantage to the winner inside the three-sixteenths pole and weakened. DYNADEE broke in then was corrected by the rider, settled in the middle of the field in the field, was roused with three furlongs to run, turned into the stretch under the crop then moved out and lacked the needed response. SPECIAL ENVOY saved ground on the first turn, settled well back in the field, went around the far turn in the three then four path and improved position. GABORONE saved ground on the turns and failed to rally. STREAM IT saved ground on the turns and failed to threaten. PHNOM PENH raced in the three path on the turns and was no factor. OBAN was taken up while squeezed back just after the start, went around the turns in the three then two path and faltered. This race had a timing discrepancy or malfunction and was re-timed using video technology to arrive at the most accurate time.
