FILLY CRYSTAL angled in while going to the front, showed the way on the inside of a foe, vied inside while asked on the turn, spun off the rail into the stretch, shook clear under a strong hand-ride outside the furlong marker, was put to a left-handed crop inside that marker and drew off under strong urging to prove much the best. CATCHPHRASE moved up to press the pace on the outside, vied in the three path while asked on the turn, lost touch with the winner under a drive nearing the furlong marker and proved no match while well clear for the place. BAM'S BLISS KISS raced just off the pace, chased in the three path on the turn, was driven into the stretch in the four path and weakened but held the show. MAXALUNA was very recalcitrant behind the gate and extremely difficult to load while riderless, brushed with a foe early, moved out while urged along off the pace, went around the turn in the three to four path, turned into the stretch in the five path and came up empty. MOONLIT WEEKEND was urged along well back in the field, went around the turn in the three then four path, spun into the stretch in the six path and failed to threaten. LA GROTTE brushed with a foe early, was ridden along off the pace, moved from the two path to the three path on the turn and failed to respond. DANNEEL bobbled at the start, was ridden along off the pace, moved from the rail to the two path on the turn and also failed to respond. FULIGNI chased the pace, raced inside on the turn and tired. DOLCE SERA was void of speed, dropped well behind while ridden along, saved ground on the turn and was no factor.
