BOTTAS settled on the inside, was roused on the far turn, moved to the three path outside the quarter-pole, rallied in the four path into the stretch, closed well to make a bid between foes coming to the furlong marker, brushed with a rival at that point, was carried in while battling with the runner-up near the sixteenth-pole, fought with that foe to the finish and narrowly prevailed under strong urging.
