Footnotes
LAUNCH CONTROL went to the front, was well rated while setting the pace, controlled the action in the two path on the turn, responded well when put to a drive in upper stretch and held under strong urging. NOT FOR HIRE settled off the pace, shifted from the rail to the three path on the turn, moved out while put to a drive in upper stretch and finished willingly for the place. STORMY BIRTHDAY broke a bit slow then angled in, was reserved at the rear, went around the turn in the two path while roused, spun into the stretch in the three path, moved out around the sixteenth-pole and improved with late energy for the show. VAN VOLLENHOVEN settled in fourth position, went around the turn in the three then four path, chased under a drive in the stretch and lacked the needed kick then just missed the show. MASTER FREUD raced just off the pace, moved from the two path to the three path on the turn, chased under a drive into the final sixteenth and weakened. NANO MAN was hustled from the gate then urged along on the outside, traveled around the turn in the three then four path, turned into the stretch in the five path and lacked the needed response. KING PUCK was hustled from the gate, pressed the early pace on the inside then dropped just behind the leader, saved ground on the turn and came up empty.
