Footnotes
SOUNDS LIKE A PLAN showed the way from the inside and drew out on the far turn, then was sent down nearing the furlong marker and maintained a safe margin to the wire to prove best under a drive. CABLE READY stalked the winner and then chased that rival two wide on the far turn, came three wide off the bend and ran on gamely to the wire while gaining but had to settle for clearly second best. RAMBLIN' WRECK was reserved early and saved ground on the first turn, advanced entering the far turn and hit the rail while in tight, moved off the inside and swung out five wide leaving the turn and had a late rally to gain the show award. MIZTERTONIC was settled early on the inside, eased off the inside leaving the five sixteenths and came four wide into the lane but needed more kick in the lane while losing the show award late. THE PADDOCK PASTOR was settled back early and moved off the inside, three to four wide on the far turn and had a belated rally. DEAR CHAIRMAN tracked the pace along the inside and came two wide into the lane while weakening. SARATOGA FLASH steadied on the outside into the first turn, then settled on the outside and was three to four wide on the turn, came seven wide into the lane and had no rally. LEON BLUE was settled in between rivals on the first turn and raced two wide on the far turn and tired. FIDELIGHTCAYUT chased the pace three to four wide and tired.
