Footnotes
SPECIAL OPS got away to an awkward beginning and lost his lane at the break, chased five then four paths off the inside down the backstretch before tucking three wide through the turn coming under coaxing near the quarter pole, swung four to five wide into upper stretch, rallied to take command three-sixteenths from home, lugged in two paths from that station to the eighth pole lightly carrying in KAZ OIL CHANGER, got corrected under a left handed crop and edged away to the finish kept to task. CHIPS AND FISH lunged at the break, chased five paths off the inside down the backstretch and then three wide through the turn coming under urging three furlongs out, tipped four to five wide into upper stretch and kicked on belatedly to secure the place honors. KAZ OIL CHANGER coaxed from the gate, chased four then three wide coming under a ride near the quarter pole, swung four wide into upper stretch, got carried in lightly two paths from the three-sixteenths marker to the eighth pole, then kept on to the finish. STRATEGICOPERATION broke in at the start taking over the lane of SPECIAL OPS, raced five wide in aim of a pace dispute early on before tucking four wide into the turn and advancing to engage in it himself through the bend coming under encouragement near the quarter pole, spun three wide into upper stretch, weakened in the late stages. MIKE'S MAGIC chased just off the inside in pursuit from mid pack coming under urging with five-sixteenths remaining, spun three wide into upper stretch, made headway in position while weakening to the wire. UNAUTHORIZED hustled from the gate, vied three paths off the rail down the backstretch with MAJESTIC ARC and RULE SIXTY TWO, tucked to the two path into the turn, began to shake off RULE SIXTY TWO when joined outside by STRATEGICOPERATION, vied once more with a pair of foes and took the inside route into upper stretch, got collared with three-sixteenths to run and weakened through to the end. MAJESTIC ARC vied three wide down the backstretch and into the turn with a pair of rivals, then continued vying three wide now between foes when RULE SIXTY TWO faded and STRATEGICOPERATION came on near the five-sixteenths, spun just off the inside into upper stretch under a drive and tired through to the finish. REBALANCING brushed the off side stall at the start, chased six paths off the rail down the backstretch and then four wide through the turn under coaxing from three furlongs out, angled six wide into upper stretch and tired. SUPREME GOOD (IRE) chased three then two wide under a ride from the three-eighths pole, continued two to three wide at the top of the stretch, tired. RULE SIXTY TWO vied inside a pair of rivals down the backstretch through to the three-eighths marker, faded near the five-sixteenths and got let out spinning just off the inside into upper stretch, then faltered in the drive.
