HAMMERHEAD was three wide through the first turn, tailed the first flight of horses up the backstretch in the two path, was cued along the inside of the far turn before making a five wide move at the three sixteenth to sustain an impressive rally. IN THE DARK broke outward but still claimed command along the inside, came under pressure by PINELAND before the far turn and shook that one off in the upper stretch but got ran down after the eighth pole. HARD CIRCLE broke outward into OUTSOURCE, was forwardly placed in the three path for the first turn, tipped in to give chase from the inside up the backstretch, lacked a closing bid for a relatively even finish. FINAL DENILE got bumped between rivals at the start, raced not too far behind the pace along the inside, began to advance along the inside of the far turn before taking to the four path in the stretch but lacked the final kick required. EDGERTON hit the gate at the start an trailed for the first half, began to make improvements after the half, navigated traffic under a mild rally in the stretch for an improved finish. VINTAGE VINO settled off the pace in the four path, showed little. DEBT LIMIT (FR) settled off the pace in the two path, led the second flight of horses until the seven sixteenths, made minor improvements in the stretch. OUTSOURCE was bumped between runners at the start, raced off the pace in the three path, took to the outside of the stretch to make small improvements. PINELAND got bumped an inner foe at the start, was forwardly placed four wide through the first turn, stalked the pace in the two path for the run up the backstretch and far turn but weakened soon after entering the stretch. BACK IN THE SADDLE got bumped around at the start, settled not too far behind the pace in the three path, lacked a bid. ENGLISH LAW was forwardly placed in the five path through the first turn, backed off a bit to move into the two path before the far turn but retreated soon after.
