RAGING BLOOM got brushed at the break by LIMITED VINTAGE and then bumped right after by that rival due to pressure from DEVILISH GRIN, raced three then two wide in closest aim of the leader, advanced to take command near the three-eighths marker, remained patiently handled until roused taking the inside route into upper stretch, edged clear under a drive to inside the eighth pole, dug in and held safe under late threat to the finish. DEVILISH GRIN broke out at the start bumping RAYNHAM HALL into LIMITED VINTAGE and so too into RAGING BLOOM, chased along the inside from near the rear of the field, tipped to the two path with three furlongs to go, came under urging five-sixteenths from home, angled five wide into upper stretch, closed well to the finish latching on the top one as she hit the wire. NO TIDE settled just off the inside in pursuit from near the rear of the field, came under urging three wide at the three-eighths marker, tipped four wide into upper stretch, offered up a bid a furlong out, then kept on clear of the rest to procure the show honors. LIMITED VINTAGE broke out and brushed the off side stall and then brushed RAGING BLOOM before being bumped inside from RAYNHAM HALL and in turn bumped RAGING BLOOM, chased two to three wide from near the rear of the field, came under coaxing three furlongs out, went seven wide into upper stretch and improved position to the finish. RAYNHAM HALL got bumped at the break by DEVILISH GRIN and in turn bumped the aforementioned foe into RAGING BLOOM, chased three then two wide under a ride from three furlongs out, spun just off the inside into upper stretch and weakened. LOVEONTHELEFTBANK three wide in pursuit, came under coaxing three furlongs out, continued three wide into upper stretch and tired. ONE BAD HABIT broke out at the start filling the space left vacant by PARAIBA BLUE, chased along the inside from just off the pace, got shuffled back unable to tip out when TRES LECHES backed up directly in front from the five-sixteenths to near the quarter pole, escaped that rival and angled out four wide into upper stretch put to a drive, then tired through to the finish. PARAIBA BLUE hesitated at the break standing in the stall when the latch was sprung and conceded four to five lengths before settling into stride, chased three to four paths off the inside down the backstretch at the tail of the field early on, tipped out to the five path in the clear and advanced making headway four wide through the turn, angled five to six wide into upper stretch and tired. TRES LECHES established the front and crossed to the inside to show the way in hand under some pressure through the presence of RAGING BLOOM to the outside, got displaced from command by that rival near the three-eighths marker, faded through the latter portion of the turn taking ONE BAD HABIT with her through to the quarter pole, took the inside route into upper stretch and faltered in the drive. TAVERN TALK four paths off the inside in pursuit from in aim of the front, continued four wide through the turn ridden along with three furlongs to go, gave way and angled in and spun just off the inside into upper stretch and tired through to the wire.
