ICE CHOCOLAT (BRZ) bumped with CLASSIC CREATION at the start, moved in while going to the front, showed the way in hand while in the two path, responded well when asked at the quarter-pole, was put to a right-handed crop at the furlong marker and held under steady urging. CLEAR CONSCIENCE was reserved in the two then three path, came under urging late on the far turn, swung out to the five path into upper stretch and finished willingly for the place. LATE CALL moved out early, went around the first turn in the four path, was reserved on the outside while completely without cover from before the five-eighths pole, rounded the far turn in the four path, was asked outside the quarter-pole, chased under a drive in the stretch and just lost the place but earned the show. CLASSIC CREATION bumped with ICE CHOCOLAT at the start then dropped back, was reserved in the two path, came under urging outside the five-sixteenths pole, spun into the stretch in the three path, angled further out around the three-sixteenths pole and improved for the last spot in the superfecta. AMERICAN GRANT dropped back early, saved ground on the first turn, was reserved at the rear, came under encouragement in the two then three path on the far turn, swung out to the six path into upper stretch and failed to threaten. LIFE AND LIGHT was taken under a tight hold then rated just off the pace on the inside, continued to save ground on the far turn, was given his cue outside the five-sixteenths pole and came up empty. POLAR BEAR PLUNGE moved off the inside on the opening straightaway, shifted from the two path to the three path on the first turn, was rated outside towards the front, made a bid while asked in the three path on the far turn, dropped back under a drive in upper stretch and capitulated.
