MAJOR BOURBON chased just off the inside and then along the inside coming under a ride near the quarter pole, spun just off the inside into upper stretch, tipped out a path nearing the eighth pole, rallied to take command with a sixteenth to go and edged away to the finish to prevail. SNICKERY cut the pace along the inside under some pressure from MY MUNNY TALKS to the outside, got set down taking the inside route into upper stretch and yielded the front straightened away, then kept on to secure the place honors. PLAN ON IT broke out at the start trading a bump with I'M NOT SURPRISED, chased three then two wide under a ride from the five-sixteenths pole, swung five wide into upper stretch and ran on to procure the show honors. MY MUNNY TALKS five paths off the inside down the backstretch in closest aim of the leader, tucked to the two path and applied pressure to that rival through the turn, spun just off the inside into upper stretch and seized command straightened away, dug in under threat and was collared a sixteenth out, weakened in the late stages. ENGRAVED four to five paths off the inside briefly, got carried out six to seven wide five furlongs out when I'M NOT SURPRISED came out from along his inside with an equipment issue and a lost right iron, tucked to chase three then two wide, spun just off the inside into upper stretch and kicked on belatedly to the finish. THIRSTED chased just off the inside under urging from the five-sixteenths pole, angled three to four wide into upper stretch and weakened in the late stages. DRAYDEN chased four paths off the inside down the backstretch before tucking inside through the turn, cornered two to three wide into upper stretch and offered no response. COPPERLINE off to a hesitant start, chased five paths off the inside down the backstretch and then just off the inside through the turn coming under urging at the five-sixteenths marker, swung four wide for home and made no impact. NOBLE WARRIOR got away to a hesitant beginning, chased six to seven paths off the inside down the backstretch and then three wide through the turn, went four wide into upper stretch and made no impact. I'M NOT SURPRISED lunged inwards at the start trading a bump with the outwards breaking PLAN ON IT and came together awkwardly with that rival, pulled after the break two to three paths off the rail threading through rivals with the saddle slipping up to the withers, angled out to avoid rivals carrying out ENGRAVED two paths before escaping clear to the outside now eight to nine paths off the inside, came out of the right side iron just outside seven-sixteenths to go and went four to five wide through the turn before heading eight to nine wide into upper stretch, continued outwards through to the finish and was aided by the outrider just inside the sixteenth marker and escorted home in a jog.
