Footnotes
ANGEL'S MAGIC tracked the pacesetter while racing along the inside, advanced on the far turn, was angled three wide into the stretch, rallied past the wayward HOT LEGS ROMOLO and prevailed under steady pressure. HOT LEGS ROMOLO sprinted clear early, held well into the stretch, ducked in in the vicinity of the three-sixteenths marker nearly brushing the inside rail, surrendered the lead soon after and kept on the secure the place spot. STRADIVARIAN saved ground, was angled four wide into the stretch and stayed on. COMMISSIONER OSCAR settled off the inside, was urged to advanced on the far turn and kept on under a drive while three wide in the stretch. FACE VALUE stalked the pacesetter while three wide, got outpaced on the far turn and offered no response in the stretch. HAY MOON threw his head at the start, was void of speed and displayed some mild late interest. FORT CHARLES was reserved while three wide and never menaced.
