SAHARA KARA chased midfield early, tracked inside of SECRET VICTORY down the back straight, continued to track in range in the two path on the far turn, angled out four wide into the lane for room, responded with a rally, led just past the furlong pole and kicked clear while hand ridden until the final few strides. TRUE MYTH soon trailed, edged closer to the main pack down the backstretch, was pushed along in the four to five path on the far turn, came five wide into the lane, and offered a belated rally for place. EXPRESSIVE LOVE pressed the pace outside of REBEL GAL, engaged to vie outside that foe approaching the five sixteenths, kept chasing in range into upper stretch, could not match the kick of SAHARA KARA into the final furlong and lost the place late. WHERE'S MARILYN raced toward the rear through the first turn and down the backstretch, took closer order in the three path on the far turn, was boxed in behind REBEL GAL between EXPRESSIVE LOVE and the rail in upper stretch, took back approaching the furlong pole, altered out for room, and passed a tiring foe late. REBEL GAL broke inward but nonetheless sharply, set the pace while pressured by EXPRESSIVE LOVE, was engaged from the outside by that foe approaching the five sixteenths, vied with her to the top of the stretch, clung to a narrow lead to the furlong pole, was caught by SAHARA KARA and flattened out inside. SECRET VICTORY tracked the pace, continued two wide in a tracking spot down the backstretch, raced in the four path around the far turn, raced four wide into the lane and weakened.
