DR. STORM saved ground from off the pace, shifted gears angled out turning for home, six deep leaving the furlong marker, rallied outside rival through the final sixteenth, fought on won the battle at the wire. COASTAL KID tracked the pace three wide into the far turn, circled five deep leaving the quarter pole, inched clear approaching the furlong post, collared in deep stretch by outside closer, headed came again denied only by the photo. LORD SHELDON raced off the pace and off the inside into the far turn, angled out four wide into the lane, chased on willingly to secure the show money. AFJAN stalked the pace around the first turn, quickened prompted two wide into the second bend, under pressure between upper, flattened out through the stretch. HESS broke a step slow, rushed the pace between runners down the back stretch, backed out of the fight approaching the quarter pole, came up empty late. MAGOO hustled up at the start, pace inside around the first turn, vied inside upper, faded through final stages.
