Footnotes
CALL'EM ALL stalked the pace setter two deep into the turn, easily kicked away from inside rival around the bend, never challenged leaving the furlong marker, drew away driving through the wire. SO THRILLING mid pack around turn, bid four wide off the pace leaving the quarter pole, steady progress through the lane, surged on late for the place award. TACTICAL EXPRESS chased the runaway winner inside around the turn, no match for rival leaving the sixteenth post, stayed on willingly well clear for the show money. KIND KISMET tracked the pace to the turn, three wide pursuit around the turn, unable to switch leads through the lane, ran on evenly through the final stages. HONORABLE MISCHIEF broke step slow, made steady headway along the inside around the turn, angled four wide for the stretch run, never fired late. EXTRA INDY raced off the pace into the turn, bid five wide from the quarter pole, came up empty through the stretch. NOT A WORD very slow into stride, never factored late. ISLAND BENDER broke through the gate pre-start, quickly caught by the starter, examined by the vet got the green light to proceed, brief speed into the turn, faltered through the stretch.
