AERO STAR was sent to a clear early lead racing up the backstretch, saved ground around the turn, dueled in upper stretch and pulled away from that challenger in the final furlong. HAPPY DANCER raced off the pace early, began a bid from the three path coming around the bend, dueled in upper stretch and could not go with the winner late but chased that rival on to the wire. GIANNO settled in the middle of the pack for the run up the backstretch, navigated the turn from the three path and showed no kick. MR FABRICATOR stalked the leader through the opening quarter, came around the turn in the two path and faded in the lane. CHROMED IMPULSE trailed the field throughout, raced in the three path around the bend and was empty in the stretch.
