Footnotes
KENTUCKY STARLET tracked the leaders from between rivals to midway on the turn, emerged from the pack with a steady rally nearing the quarter pole, angled five wide to the clear in upper stretch and found her best stride late to overtake the pacesetter and be going away at the wire. RED VOLTA set the pace under pressure through the turn, kicked away in upper stretch and was caught in deep stretch having to settle for second best. YE OLE JOKER broke a step tardy to give the field a length away from the gate, raced up the fence into contention down the backside, saved ground on the bend cutting the corner turning for home and rallied willingly up the fence. DISTORTED LOUV pressed the pace to the quarter pole, could not keep pace with the leader turning for home and weakened further midway down the lane. PRETTI BOUJEE went evenly failing to menace. HEAVENLY BEAR broke a step slow to be at the tail end of the field, rallied into the turn circling six wide and flattened out fading from contention.
