Footnotes
SUNSHINE FEVER tracked the leaders from the fence in striking position throughout, saved ground on the far turn, angled five wide to the clear in upper stretch and was going away in a determined drive in the final sixteenth. REGAL MAJESTY pressed the pace from three wide the entire way, dueled with the leader in their own match down the lane and was outkicked by the winner late while prevailing in the battle between the pacemakers. LUNAR SEAS set a pressured, well rated pace while well held for the first half, continued to battle on the lead to mid-stretch gamely and was outfinished late in the drive. SMARTY BE GOOD slow early to be the trailer, remained at the rear to the head of the lane and showed some interest in the stretch without impact. SKIPWINEYESTERDAY stalked the pace from four wide to the far turn, lacked a closing response when called upon and faded coming home.
