Footnotes
CUPIDS CRUSH stalked the pacesetter to the far turn, rallied on the bend to take control leaving the quarter pole and drew off as much the best while kept to task in upper stretch and geared down late. ANN ALEE sped to the lead opening a clear advantage into the first turn, was well rated down the backside to hold the lead, was no match when the winner came to call on the final bend but had something left for the stretch run to be clearly second best. GYPSY REWARD tracked the leaders down the backstretch, narrowed the gap nearing the three-eighths pole and lacked a closing bid unable to keep pace with the top pair coming home. NORTHERN ANGEL reserved off the pace to be the trailer, narrowed the marging traveling in tandem with GYPSY REWARD and like that one went evenly posing no threat.
