Footnotes
DISTORTED PRO pressed the pace down the backside, assumed command from the tiring pacesetter near the quarter pole, surrendered the lead to the runner-up in upper stretch and was resurgent along the inside in deep stretch to prevail at the wire. STREET WARRIOR stalked the leaders to midway on the turn, rallied to challenge turning for home, quickly went clear in upper stretch, idled inside the eighth pole drifting out and was caught in the final fifty yards. HEAVENLYCONVEYANCE reserved off the pace to be at the back of the main body of the field, circled on the turn and closed well with a belated bid in the lane. SIR STERLING tracked the pace from four wide through the turn and lacked a closing response. DOCTOR OSCAR sped to the lead from the inside to set a pressured pace to midway on the turn and weakened. THEALLIGATORHUNTER bobbled at the start breaking in a tangle, rushed up to contention along the rail to midway on the turn and flattened out. ARJUN FOR KARZ broke slow to be the trailer and was always outrun.
