FAVORITISM got floated out by an inner foe at the start, stalked from the five to four path before pressing three deep rounding the turn, bid entering the lane, vied and forged an advantage while leaning out to the six path in upper stretch, got collared by an outer bidder passing the furlong grounds, repelled that challenger in the final sixteenth and shook clear. MCILROY stalked two wide and between horses, took aim on the new leader while moving out to the seven path in upper stretch, ranged up to bid passing the furlong grounds, but was repelled in the final sixteenth, bumped with an outer rival while battling for place shortly after then saved that position. ANOTHER MONARCH broke a beat slow, raced off of the pace in the two path, progressed in the four path around the turn,, fanned out to the seven path in upper stretch, ran on to bid for place in the final sixteenth, but bumped with an inner foe while battling for that position late and missed. COMES A TIME lacked speed in the four path before tucking to the inside into the turn, shifted out to the six path in midstretch and ran on willingly to edge fourth late. SOUTHERN BULLET chased forwardly along the inside, moved out to the four path in midstretch, stayed onto reach fourth in the final sixteenth but got caught late. IL CAVALLINO raced forwardly four wide, pressed two wide into the turn, bid between horses entering the lane but got outkicked and tired. HARDTOBLAME lacked speed in the five path into the turn and failed to factor. NASSAU CIRCLE broke a bit outwardly, set the pace along the inside, got headed by an outer pair in upper stretch and weakened. VINO SUBITO raced forwardly three wide and between horses, but faded with a half mile to go, went wrong entering the lane, pulled up and was transported off of the track in an equine ambulance.
