Footnotes
GOLDEN TEMPO bumped with an outer rival before being crowded between horses and pinched back at the start, trailed early on, advanced in the three path and between horses passing the three furlong pole, swung seven wide into the lane, fanned out to the ten path leaving upper stretch, rallied widest to bid along with an inner RENEGADE leaving the sixteenth pole, brushed with that one while battling late and prevailed. RENEGADE bumped with ALBUS at the start, was slammed again shortly after when LITMUS TEST came in, settled well back saving ground, came under a ride into the second turn, picked his way through traffic while ranging into contention, angled to the far outside into the stretch, was bumped again when INCREDIBOLT came out near the three-sixteenths pole, soldiered on taking dead aim on the leader, battled hard but was unable to resist the winner. OCELLI bumped with an inner foe then steadied when put to crowded quarters between rivals at the start, lacked speed two wide, gained five wide rounding the far turn, tipped seven wide entering the lane, leaned inwardly and bumped a rival while building momentum in upper stretch, shifted in while rallying into the final furlong, bid outside of the leader and forged an advantage at the sixteenth pole but got outkicked by an outer pair late. CHIEF WALLABEE brushed with an inner foe leaving the gate, pursued from midpack in the two path, moved to the four path at the five furlong pole, brushed with an inner foe while tracking behind rivals in the three path turning for home, aimed to split foes four wide in upper stretch, but was bumped by an outer foe into an inner rival nearing midstretch then ran on willingly. DANON BOURBON established a forward position immediately along the inside, shifted out and forged command between rivals midway through the second turn, shook clear into the stretch, dug in and fought on but grudgingly gave in. INCREDIBOLT tucked in at once, settled off of the inside, moved up some through the second turn, altered out sharply entering the stretch, bumped RENEGADE three-sixteenths from home, was quickly straightened away and continued on fairly well. COMMANDMENT came away a step slow, settled off of the inside, moved up five wide into the second turn, circled six wide into the stretch, was jostled between horses through the lane and failed to seriously threaten. WONDER DEAN (JPN) contended between horses five wide, came six wide, was bounced around in traffic from the three-sixteenths to the sixteenth pole and succumbed. SO HAPPY tracked three wide, joined the vanguard four wide leaving the second turn, stayed on to the final furlong and weakened. EMERGING MARKET tracked three wide and among foes, inched closer two wide nearing the half mile pole, pursued within striking range in the two path into the far turn, but came under urging while moving to the inside turning for home, chased in upper stretch and flattened out. FURTHER ADO took contact from an inner rival while being floated out and forced to bump an outer foe at the start, pursued from midpack in the four path, inched forward between horses approaching the far turn, came under urging while within striking range around that bend, moved out five wide entering the lane, but was bumped by an outer foe into an inner rival in upper stretch then yielded among horses. POTENTE brushed with an inner stablemate while forward two wide and between rivals into the first turn, took back from tight quarters around that bend, chased in the two path into the far turn, brushed with an outer rival turning for home then failed to menace. SIX SPEED came out and bumped a rival at the start, moved forward to vie outside of foes reaching the wire for the first time, tucked to the two path while showing the way into the first turn, vied with a pair of outer bidders into the far turn, got headed at the five sixteenths pole and folded. ROBUSTA bumped with inner rivals soon after the start, raced off of the pace in the five to seven path then faded in the five path around the far turn. ALBUS was jostled hard between horses at the start, was pinched back thereafter and never recovered. INTREPIDO bumped at the start, was bumped hard again when LITMUS TEST came in just after the start, settled saving ground, but failed to make headway. LITMUS TEST came in just after the start stacking up the three rivals to his inside, was straightened away and rushed up along the inside before brushing with an outer foe into the first turn, stayed on to the second turn and stopped. PAVLOVIAN tracked five wide and outside of foes early on, came under urging in the seven path at the half mile pole then faltered in the five path and between rivals around the far turn and was eased through the lane.
