Footnotes
TOUR PLAYER stalked under a snug hold, creeped up to engage the leaders into the turn, took over inside the five-sixteenths pole, shook clear entering the stretch and held safely. MOONLIGHT broke outwardly and was slow into stride, took closer order through the turn, wheeled out six wide to be clear entering the stretch and finished willingly to earn the runner up spot. DRAGOON GUARD settled between horses within striking distance, split foes to make a bold bid entering the stretch, churned on but lacked the needed late kick. WILL TAKE IT was forwardly placed along the inside, got through but weakened during the drive. BE YOU settled off of the inside while never far back four deep, got through but failed to make headway. CAPITAL IDEA was allowed to settle while hung wide and was never a factor. PRINCE OF POWER stalked the pace, ranged up four wide to make his bid on the turn, but came up empty in the drive. BANJO CHRIS settled saving ground, shifted out entering the lane but failed to respond. SCOTLAND sped clear to dictate terms, was collared between runners on the turn and stopped once headed.
