CLEVER MISCHIEF prompted between the leaders before backing off to stalk from the two path around the first turn, closed in rounding the far turn in the three path, bid three deep at the quarter pole, forged command entering the lane, drove clear then held sway from an outer challenger late. ESMARK was brushed between horses at the start, trailed along the inside, picked up stride while moving out turning for home, fanned seven wide entering the lane, rallied to bid outside of the leader in the closing stages but was kept at bay. HEART HEADED tracked three to two wide and between horses into the backstretch, shifted out five to six wide in upper stretch, ran on between horses to duel for place with an outer foe into the final sixteenth but got outkicked. PITKIN tracked along the inside, chased while moving to the four path and between horses into the lane then held show. DEMOLITION DUKE brushed with an outer rival at the start, settled along the inside, shifted to the four to five path and between horses in upper stretch then ran on but was denied show late.
