MENKAURE bumped with an outer rival at the start, trailed near the inside, shifted to the four path entering the lane, brushed while forging between horses at the furlong grounds, rallied to bid at the sixteenth pole and drove past. SCRIBBLE tracked along the inside, rallied to bid inside of the leader at the furlong grounds, led briefly reaching the final sixteenth but got outkicked by an outer rival shortly after. MERRY MADISON broke a step slow and bumped with aninner foe at the start, raced off of the pace in the four path, fanned out to the seven path entering the lane then rallied to gain show late. FROM SCRATCH vied for the lead two wide and between horses, four to three path into the turn, forged an advantage entering the lane, got collared by an inner foe at the furlong grounds, got caught between bidders at the sixteenth pole, yielded then lost show late. CALIFORNIA SMOKE was bumped between horses at the start, raced off of the pace in the three path and between horses, inched closer in hand around the turn, shifted to the five path entering the lane, but brushed with an inner foe while chasing into the final furlong and flattened out. BAMTWENTYKLATER prompted the top pair from the five to four path into the turn, floated six wide into the lane and faded between horses. LOVELY WORDS came out multiple lengths while clear of outer foes at the start, vied with an outer pair while in the three to two path into the turn, got headed by an outer counterpart entering the lane, then yielded between horses before brushing with an outer foe at the furlong grounds.
