ROJO RITA prompted three deep early on, failed to sustain pressure and chased the embattled leading pair three to two wide around the turn, rallied to bid outside of them at the furlong grounds then drew clear. SOMETHING STRONGER brushed with an outer foe leaving the gate, raced off of the pace in the four path, floated six wide into the lane then ran on to gain place late. LILIES N PARADISE dueled two wide, led in upper stretch, but got bested by an outer bidder in the final furlong then lost place late. STEPPING STONES brushed with an inner rival at the start, pursued from midpack in the three path, shifted to the five path entering the lane then offered a mild kick. VIVA VIENNE lacked speed along the inside, shifted to the four path in upper stretch, tipped wider in the final furlong and moved up. JUST A MINUTE tracked along the inside, chased in the two path into the final furlong and lacked a bid. J Z'S LAST SCHANCE broke a step slow, trailed in the four path, fanned to the seven path entering the lane and made little impact. SHE WANTS WAR dueled for the lead with an outer rival, got headed by that one entering upper stretch then weakened in the final furlong.
