Footnotes
HOLSTER vied along the inside, clung to an advantage from an outer persistent dueling counterpart through the lane and held gamely. BOURBON'S FAULT vied two wide and outside of the leader, sustained the long duel through the final furlong but was denied. PINELAND brushed an outer foe at the start, prompted three wide, issued a mild bid turning for home, but failed to keep pace with the embattled inner leading pair in upper stretch and held show from an outer bidder late. LOU'S LEGACY broke a step slow and was brushed by an inner foe at the start, raced at the rear in the three path, swung out six wide into upper stretch, stayed on while hanging on his left lead but needed more to reach show. AJAAYB tracked four wide and between horses, inched closer around the turn, but leveled off while chasing into the lane and tired. STRUMMIN raced off of the pace in the two path, got surpassed to trail at the three furlong pole, spun in to the lane in the five path and improved position late. FROSTY INDULGENCE broke a step slow, tracked five wide, progressed outside of foes around the turn, but faded through the lane. HESPER chased forwardly along the inside and weakened.
