NINETEENFOURTYFIVE raced back early on, was in the six path entering the lane, rallied down the lane and edged past the leader in the late stages. ROWDY RIOT chased the pace early, raced in the four path into the lane, rallied in the stretch, made a bid near the eighth pole, took over and led inside the sixteenth pole but was caught in the final stages. FROSTED BULL was a bit slow at the start and trailed the field early on, raced in the seven path into the lane, rallied down the lane and was up for show in the final stages. MUIR WOODS stalked the pace early on two wide, raced in the three path into the lane, rider lost the crop inside the three sixteenths pole, drew clear nearing the eighth pole but faltered late in the drive. BIRD THE LEGEND chased the pace early, raced in the five path into the lane, was worked down to the rail in the stretch and flattened out late in the drive. FLYIN PRIVATE was through after a half. COAL FIRED set the pace early, raced in the two path into the lane and gave way down the lane. LINEBACKER was through early.
