Footnotes
PETOSKEY STONES prompted along the inside before backing off to stalk down the backstretch, pursued from the two path around the turn, tipped to the four path to take aim entering the lane, ranged up to bid at the furlong grounds then edged an advantage while dueling in the final furlong. LANDING CRAFT raced forwardly, moved to press the leader from the three path with five furlongs to go, vied into the turn, led nearing the lane, but got collared by an outer challenger in midstretch, dug in to spar in the final furlong but got bested. CANT STOP MUNNINGS broke a step slow, tracked from the three path and between horses, chased while floating to the five path entering the lane then stayed on to prove best of the rest. CULPRIT showed the way in the two path, vied with an outer prompter around the turn, got turning for home then gave way yet lasted for fourth. ANOTHER MONARCH hesitated at the start, trailed in the three to four path into the turn, swung out to the six path entering the lane then moved up. COMES A TIME broke a bit outwardly at the start, laid off of the pace three wide, then between horses around the turn and improved position. NA PALI JOE broke a step slow, raced off of the pace two wide and between horses then failed to menace. GRAY IS OKAY tracked from the four path then faded turning for home. EPIC SUMMER chased along the inside, weakened then was eased through the final furlong.
