Footnotes
PRIZE PICK led narrowly two wide into and around the turn then drew off entering the lane and was kept to task under busy handling. REBEL INSTINCT brushed with rivals on both sides at the start, crept closer two wide and between horses with eleven sixteenths to go, progressed to stalk from the three path into the turn, had aim on the clearing leader entering the lane, but only managed to chase that one home and proved second best. LIGHTER broke a bit out, tracked along the inside, pursued the top pair from the two to four path into midstretch and ran on to hold show. BLUE FORTY TWO lacked speed in the three path, swung out to the six path in upper stretch and rallied willingly. WESTERN WARRIOR broke a step slow and brushed with an outer foe at the start, trailed near the inside then moved up between horses entering the final sixteenth. NOBLE AFFAIR bumped with an outer rival leaving the gate, tracked three wide and between horses, chased in the four path around the turn then gave way. MEMORY brushed with an inner foe at the start, vied for the lead inside of the eventual winner, but proved no match reaching the lane and weakened. I DID I DID tracked from the five to four path, faded in the five path around the turn then continued to weaken after fanning to the seven path entering the lane. BILOBA bumped with an inner foe leaving the gate, raced forwardly in the four path and between horses, but yielded when put to tight quarters at the five furlong pole, pursued from the three to six path into the lane and tired.
