Footnotes
WHERE Y'AT eased back off of the leaders to stalk in behind, shifted four wide coming to the quarter pole, was asked in upper stretch taking the lead past the three-sixteenths, drew clear under steady urging. RICHEZTOO stalked from outside, applied pressure late up the backstretch taking a narrow lead about the three-eighths, led them to the top of the stretch, was challenged by an outside foe in upper stretch, fought on but was only second best. COAL FIRED set the early pace inside soon facing pressure, was overtaken into the turn, steadily dropped back on that bend shifting out in upper stretch, kept on late despite drifting a bit to get up for show honors. DEWY'S DENALI was far back early, came out in late stretch running on mildly late. TIP TOE JOE pressed the pace putting a short head in front briefly from between runners in the vicinity of the seven-sixteenths, vied between then inside on and out of the turn, weakened soon after.
