TIME FOR TRUTH got away well, stalked three wide up the backstretch, came into upper stretch four wide, lugged in a bit, kept on and struck the lead nearing the sixteenth pole edging away from rivals and prevailed. BARKSDALE settled off the pace, advanced outside four to five wide on the turn, kept on in the lane, held the place. FUNNY UNCLE unhurriedly brought up the rear from inside, saved ground, came out six deep in upper stretch, was gaining late but missed second. ACCRETIVE stalked just off the leaders, shifted in leaving the backstretch, saved ground in behind on the turn, came out a bit then lacking room shifted back in near the three-sixteenths, could get through inside but ran on evenly. OSBOURNE soon sped clear to dictate the pace, was challenged on the turn, came into upper stretch just off the rail, lacked the needed late kick. MY NOBLE KNIGHT lacked significant early speed racing near the rail into the turn, came out a bit on that bend then further to be six or seven wide in upper stretch, failed to threaten. I DON'T GET IT broke out a bit, stalked the leader from off the inside, was under urging three wide passing the five-sixteenths, came up empty. DE' MEDICI broke well but soon dropped back, fanned seven wide into upper stretch, made no bid.
