CAPE SOUNION (IRE) broke a step slow, settled well back near the two path, inched closer turning for home, split foes five wide leaving upper stretch, bid and took charge at the furlong grounds then kicked clear. FREGATA stalked along the inside, offered a rail bid in upper stretch but got outkicked in midstretch then held place. EAT HAY RUN bumped with an outer rival at the start, tracked along the inside, moved between horses approaching the far turn, tracked in range from the three path turning for home, tipped five wide into the lane, but got outkicked while floated six wide leaving upper stretch then ran on to miss place. EZ CONNECT showed the way in the two path, clung from an outer pair turning for home, battled between horses in upper stretch but was outkicked at the furlong grounds, yielded and missed show. HEDGE BOOK stuttered a step soon after the start, settled along the inside, awaited racing room after progressing two wide and between horses turning for home, was blocked behind rivals entering the lane, continued to encounter traffic into midstretch, switched out six wide at the sixteenth pole and ran on late. ANESTY tracked two wide, bid outside of the top pair and from the four path turning for home but yielded among foes in midstretch. HEADSPIN pressed the leader from the three path, vied between horses turning from home then faded in midstretch. MAIORA bumped with an inner foe at the start, pursued from midpack two wide, then in the three path and between horses around the far turn, moved out five to seven path in upper stretch and tired. NOT THAT SIMPLE brushed with an inner foe at the start, saved ground at the rear, improved while moving out to the seven path leaving upper stretch but failed to factor. BULLET JOURNAL lacked speed in the four to three path, fanned six to eight wide in upper stretch and made little impact. ELECTA brushed with an outer foe at the start, raced off of the pace in the three to four path then gave way after floating seven wide into the lane. TOAST THE STAR raced off of the pace two wide and between horses, then four to five wide around the far turn, fanned eight wide into the lane and tired.
