HESPER raced close up in the three to two path, took aim on the leader from the three path around the turn, ranged up to bid entering the lane and drove clear. DISPERSION came out at the start, raced off of the pace in the five path, inched closer in the four path around the turn, ran on to edge place at the furlong grounds then held that position late. GOOD MOJO stuttered a step at the start, chased along the inside, moved out to the five path in the final furlong and offered a late kick to reach show at the wire. POP PAUL broke a beat slow, raced close up near the inside, chased into the lane, bid for place two wide and between horses in midstretch but was denied then nailed for show. GRAY IS OKAY broke outwardly, led four to three wide before tucking to the two path into the turn, got collared by an outer bidder entering the lane and gave way. SOUTHERN BULLET got floated out by an inner foe at the start, raced off of the pace in the four to five path into the lane and made little impact.
