Q'S YOUR MAMA set the pace along the inside, showed the way in hand around the turn, met an outer challenge reaching the lane, repelled that foe and shook clear in midstretch then held sway. PROTOMAGIC pursued from midpack two wide and between horses, ranged closer shifted three to four wide turning for home, but drifted out to the six path while taking aim in upper stretch, ran on while shifting inwardly into the final furlong, forged place at the sixteenth pole and was second best. NILO'S ROSE stalked three wide, ranged up to bid outside of the leader while remaining in the three path entering the lane, but was repelled by the leader while getting collared by an outer bidder for place in midstretch, then got outkicked shortly after. SUNSET HARBOUR tracked along the inside, chased in the two path in upper stretch, but moved inwardly at the furlong grounds and lacked a bid. PROGENY raced off of the pace along the inside, then in the two path around the turn, shifted out to the five path entering the lane but failed to menace. I HAD THAT ONE TOO bumped with an inner foe at the start, trailed near the inside then moved up. ANIMAL FRIES pressed outside of the eventual winner approaching the turn, roused between horses into the turn then faded with five sixteenths to go. PATTY CAKES bumped with an outer rival at the start, pursued from midpack in the five path then gave way around the turn. MIZMALICE lacked speed in the four to five path and got outrun.
