Footnotes
BRING THE SMOKE broke a beat slow while last away, pursued from midpack in the three path, shifted five wide into the lane, ran on six wide into the final furlong to bid at the sixteenth pole, shifted in and bumped with an inner rival while vying shortly after then prevailed. VAMOS CARLITOS brushed with an outer foe at the start, lacked speed in the two path, then between horses turning for home, rallied three to four wide and between horses in midstretch, bid to vie between rivals at the sixteenth pole, but was bumped on both sides, got outkicked and prevailed for place. KEEP IT EASY vied two wide and between horses, led in the three path in upper stretch but got collared by an outer pair at teh sixteenth pole, bumped with them shortly after but got bested and missed place. CAN'T HUSH THIS stalked from the two path, chased within striking range between horses in the three path into the final furlong, tipped inwardly and flattened out. DIVE BOMBER pursued from midpack in the four path, floated to the seven path into the lane then stayed on willingly. C K WONDER brushed with an inner foe at the start, chased briefly before faltering inside of foes entering the backstretch, dropped back to lag behind into the turn, regained stride while swinging out to the nine path in upper stretch and re-rallied. ECHO AGAIN stalked from the four path, attempted to offer a mild challenge outside of the top pair entering the lane but faded between horses in midstretch. KALAHARI DREAMS tracked along the inside, chased turning for home then lacked a bid while put to tight rail quarters in the final furlong. MONEY SUPPLY raced off of the pace in the four path, fanned to the seven path into the lane and failed to factor. HOLD MY BOURBON was reluctant to load, vied for the lead with an outer pair but weakened while getting put to tight quarters between horses in the final furlong. MAX GOT EXCITED raced off of the pace in the three path and between horses into the turn but made little impact. FORT SAM vied three wide then weakened between horses turning for home. THE TRAINER OF VAMOS CARLITOS CLAIMED FOUL AGAINST BRING THE SMOKE ALLEGING INTERFERENCE IN THE FINAL FURLONG, BUT THE OBJECTION WAS DISALLOWED BY THE STEWARDS.
