SPUN CANDY broke running, came in to bother FEMINISM soon after, set or forced the pace along the inside, continued to battle on into the stretch, spirited stretch duel while inside the runner up, displayed good courage in the late going to prove narrowly best. WHITE SMOKE prompted the issue up the backstretch outside, vied four wide through the turn, hooked up with the winner for a long stretch duel, missed while preserving the second spot while between horses at the wire. YO FANCY last away, fell further back in lagging early, continued to see them all through the turn, swung out widest for the drive, rallied smartly down the center of the strip but was too late. MOONLIGHT DASH in the second flight up the backstretch three wide, steered out and loomed a threat five wide into the lane, lost ground to the top two as a result, slowly got back to be closest to that pair with a furlong to run then stalled a bit late. JUST BLUFFING in the second group closest to the inside, angled out three wide turning for home behind traffic, continued to lack clear room upper stretch then displayed some mild interest late while not a serious threat. FEMINISM bothered by the winner early, raced back and inside, cut the corner into the lane, continued one paced through the stretch in failing to menace. NO WHAT IFS in the second flight while between horses up the backstretch and into the turn, lacked a closing response. TEATONIC vied up front three wide and between, gave way in the drive. SOLEMN VOW stumbled at the start, quickly recovered to join the leaders while between horses, continued to vie into and through most of the turn, gave way while still between horses entering the stretch.
