TAYLOR'S VERSION leaned outwardly and bumped a rival at the start, showed the way while well in hand around teh turn, widened his advantage in upper stretch and was ridden out under mild urging. HYMN bumped with an inner rival at the start, tracked three wide, gained place entering the lane, but was no match for the leader and proved second best. FAUST pursued from midpack two wide and between horses, shifted four wide into the lane, ran on to edge show at the furlong grounds and held that position late. MAP TO THE STARS raced off of the pace in the three path, retreated to near the rear along the inside into the lane, altered out after encountering traffic passing the three sixteenths pole, tipped to the four path and between horses in midstretch then ran on but was denied show. MO QUALITY hopped and hit the top of the gate at the start, trailed in the three to four path, fanned to the six path entering the lane and moved up. MCDUDE broke a step slow, raced off of the pace in the four to five path and chased mildly between horses. AMOR PATRIAE was put to tight quarters between horses early on, laid off of the pace along the inside, then in the two to three path around the turn, moved between rivals into the lane, but checked when put back to tight quarters at the furlong grounds and lacked a re-rally. MITTY'S GRIDDY prompted inside of the leader before steadying back passing the five furlong pole, tracked along the inside, chased around the turn and gave way. MATH TUTOR stalked two wide, chased closest to the eventual winner around the turn and weakened through the lane. FOLLOWING A STEWARDS' INQUIRY REVIEWING THE START, NO CHANGE WAS MADE TO THE ORIGINAL ORDER OF FINISH.
