NOBLE GENTLEMAN stalked from the three path and between horses, got outmoved by an outer counterpart turning for home, shifted out while pursuing the top pair in upper stretch, ran on to bid at the sixteenth pole and drove past. PURSE THIEF stalked in the four path, bid outside of the leader in upper stretch, vied in the final furlong but got outkicked by an outer bidder late. SPRINT OUT PASS cleared with five furlongs to go, dug in to resist an outer challenge in upper stretch, sparred gamely through midstretch, but was headed as a wider rival bid at the sixteenth pole and fought on to miss place at the wire. CANNON pursued from midpack in the three path and between horses, chased in the four path in upper stretch and ran on willingly. ATLANTIC DANCER laid off of the pace in the three path, swung out to the six path and between horses entering the lane then move dup. GREATDAYFORHOCKEY lacked speed in the four path, advanced while swinging out to the seven path into the lane and failed to threaten. EPIC BATTLE advanced between horses at the five furlong pole to chase forwardly near the inside into the turn, but faded turning for home. PROMISSIONE saved ground off of the pace but to no avail. AIR CAV pursued from midpack along the inside early on, but steadied while getting shuffled behind an injured rival nearing the five furlong pole, retreated to be well back into the turn and made little impact. STRADIVARIAN broke a step slow, advanced outside of rivals with nine sixteenths to go, raced off of the pace in the four to five path and tired. MIDNIGHT BOSS raced forwardly along the inside, but steadied hard and stumbled when bothered by an injured rival approaching the five furlong pole, pursued from midpack into the turn, but was shuffled back behind a tiring rival turning for home. RUNAMOR led early on, but suffered an injury approaching the five furlong pole, dislodged his rider at the half mile pole, then was transported off of the track in an equine ambulance.
