Footnotes
RAIN GOLD stalked along the inside, took aim outside of the leader entering the lane, bid in upper stretch, sparred into the final furlong and edged past late. STRADA DEL SOGNO set the pace along the inside, dug in to meet an outer challenge in upper stretch, battled gamely in the final furlong but got bested. TIKIHUT was bumped between horses at the start, raced off of the pace along the inside, then in the two path down the backstretch, moved to the four path into the far turn, checked to avoid a fallen rider at the five sixteenths pole, claimed show in the three path entering the lane then fended off an inner bidder for that position through the final sixteenth. KISS MY HEART bobbled at the start, laid well back tucking to the inside, rallied up the rail through the lane, bid for show at the sixteenth pole but was denied. ALAS brushed an inner rival before being bumped between horses at the start, saved ground in midpack, lacked a bid and yielded between rivals in midstretch. AL TARAF stalked three wide, but was brushed by a rider-dislodging inner rival and was forced to steady at the five sixteenths pole, chased four wide into the lane and yielded. ISLAND GIRL was bumped between horses and checked back at the start, steadied back among foes again shortly after, trailed along the inside, moved to the three path into the backstretch, veered out to avoid a fallen rider around the far turn and moved up. R BEE GEE brushed with rivals on both sides at the start before bumping with them again soon after, steadied back among foes passing the wire for the first time, raced off of the pace two wide and between horses, checked between horses into the far turn, but was bumped between rivals and forced to steady hard in hopes of avoiding a fallen rider at the five sixteenths pole, spun into the lane in the six path and lacked a rally. MENDELSSOHNS COMET bumped an inner rival at the start, tracked two wide and between horses and gave way. RUNWAY REBEL raced off of the pace three wide, then in the six path around the far turn, but was bumped and forced out by an inner veering rival turning for home and was eased through the lane. BOHEMIAN pursued from midpack three wide, but veered out and bumped a rival to avoid a fallen rider at the five sixteenths pole, then was eased thereafter. MAVERICK QUEEN pressed two wide, but shied from a shadow casted from an infield light pole and dislodged her rider at the five sixteenths pole. A STEWARDS' INQUIRY RESULTED IN NO CHANGE TO THE ORIGINAL ORDER OF FINISH.
