SHOW OF FORCE stalked the pace racing in hand, saved ground through the far turn, angled out near the eighth pole and surged up late under strong handling. MAUI STRONG raced five wide into the first turn, up close to the outside of Alder, raced two wide through the far, led deep stretch and missed in a game effort. OUT OF DEDUCTIONS was allowed to settle early, raced two wide near the five sixteenths pole, shifted out four wide through the drive and finished willingly to the wire. TOUGH LITTLE NUT trailed early, advanced from the outside into the far turn, raced seven wide into the upper stretch and showed good late interest. ALDER set all the pace along the inside and weakened the final eighth of a mile. OSCAR SEASON was allowed to settle early, raced four to five wide through the far turn and had no late rally. TWO BEERS BY TEN stalked the pace, raced four wide into the upper stretch and weakened a bit through the drive. EXTENSIVE mid pack early, saved ground and never threatened.
