JUST LIKE MAX laid off of the pace along the inside, paused briefly at the five sixteenths pole, rallied inside of rivals in upper stretch, tipped out four wide at the furlong grounds, closed in quickly to sweep past the leader at the sixteenth pole and kicked clear. DR FENN laid close up along the inside, slipped through to bid inside of the leader entering the lane, drove clear in upper stretch, but was overhauled by an outer bidder at the sixteenth pole, yielded yet narrowly saved place at the wire. TULLY trailed along the inside, rallied up the rail, issued a late place bid two wide and between horses but missed. C. P. A. JIM laid off of the pace along the inside, was blocked behind rivals in the four path entering upper stretch, rallied in the three path and between horses into the final furlong, tipped out in the final sixteenth and missed place. BARSTOOL came out at the start, stalked in the four path, bid entering the lane, but got outkicked by an inner foe in upper stretch, lugged inwardly in pursuit in the final furlong then missed among foes in the place photo. ELECTION NIGHT broke a step slow, tracked near the inside, gave way turning from, moved out to the four path in upper stretch and yielded. TWO SEVEN O prompted outside of the leader and from the three path, vied into the turn, led at the five sixteenths pole, clung from an outer challenger entering the lane, but got headed by an inner bidder in upper stretch and weakened between horses while hanging on his left lead. SPARKLING SPEED pursued from midpack in the three path, chased in the four to five path in upper stretch and lacked a bid. VENENO FUTURO leaned out and brushed a rival at the start, pursued from midpack in the four to five path and tired. MAXIMUS C broke a step slow, raced off of the pace in the the path, swung out to the six path into the lane and made little impact. I FORGOT TO ASK showed the way in the two path, got headed at the five sixteenths pole then weakened between horses entering the lane. SGT. GARCIA hopped and was brushed by an inner rival at the start, raced well back in the four path, but suffered an injury and dislodged his rider at the five sixteenths pole, then was transported off of the track in an equine ambulance.
