DON'S WINNER tracked three wide, chased in the four path around the far turn, rallied to bid leaving the furlong grounds and drove past. CROMWELL laid off of the pace in the two to three path, swung out to the five path in upper stretch and rallied to gain place at the wire. MR. TAPPS stalked from the two to three path into the backstretch, bid three deep at the three furlong pole, led reaching the lane, but got collared in the final furlong, headed at the sixteenth pole then got nailed for place at the wire. TOP DRAWER sped clear in the three to two path around the first turn, got collared by an outer pair at the three furlong pole, headed turning for home then gave way through the final furlong. EL TIO stalked along the inside, bid two wide and between horses at the three furlong pole, vied into the lane but faded in midstretch. BOLD STAND pursued from midpack along the inside, chased around the far turn, moved to the two path in upper stretch and failed to factor. LIBERTY VALANCE trailed in the two path, then between horses turning for home and made little impact. SAFETY OFF saved ground off of the pace to no avail.
