Footnotes
PROMISES TO DANCE prompted two wide, vied into and around the turn, led in the three path entering the lane, inched clear and held sway. CANDY LOVER stalked along the inside, split foes two wide entering the final furlong, edged place shortly after and held that position from an outer challenger at the wire. CURRENT CLIMATE chased forwardly two wide and between horses, yielded position with three furlongs to go, swung out to the six path into upper stretch, regained stride and re-rallied to miss place at the wire. LOVER GIRL tracked four to three wide and between horses, chased in upper stretch and got outkicked between horses. BOURBON BREEZE raced off of the pace five to four wide into the turn, floated back to the five path into upper stretch and gave way while hanging on his left lead. MISS ARLINGTON broke a beat slow, led narrowly as the eventual winner prompted into the turn, vied with that one around the bend, got headed entering the lane and faded through the final furlong.
