ZIMMER was brushed by an outer rival while last away at the start, recovered to set the pace into the backstretch, drew clear before meeting an outer challenge at the three furlong pole, vied with that bidder before drawing away in upper stretch then held sway from an on-charging rival late. DON'S WINNER raced off of the pace in the three to four path and between horses, shifted five wide into the lane, rallied to close in on the clear leader late but ran out of ground to reel that one in. SURE TO APPEAL lacked speed along the inside, split foes five wide entering the lane and ran on willingly. BRIDGESONG raced close up two wide, roused to inch closer approaching the turn, bid outside of the eventual winner at the three furlong pole, proved no match while drifting to the four path in upper stretch then gave way. TRIPP'S PROMISE chased in the three path and between horses, got outkicked for show in upper stretch and stayed on mildly. MISTER PUNCH was reluctant to load, brushed an inner foe at the start, stalked along the inside, chased nearing the lane then faded. LAUGHNOWCRYLATER raced off of the pace in the six path, gave way in the four path around the turn, fanned out to the six path into the lane and failed to re-rally. I DID I DID tracked near the inside, encountered traffic at the five sixteenths pole, then failed to factor while hanging on his left lead. SWEET FREEDOM trailed in the three to two path, shifted out to the six to seven path in upper stretch and made little impact. PENALTY BOX tracked from the four path then weakened between horses in upper stretch. SIXTYSEVEN MUSTANG pursued from midpack in the five path, floated to the seven path into the lane and caved.
