Footnotes
LOFTY ADJUDICATOR brushed with an outer foe early on, pressed the leader from the three path, forged an advantage as an outer SPANKSTER bid in midstretch, battled gamely with that one through the late stages and held firm. SPANKSTER raced off of the pace in the three path and between horses, advanced in the four path turning for home, took aim on the top pair from the five path entering the lane, bid in midstretch, dueled with an inner rival thereafter but missed at the wire. HARRODSBURG showed the way in the two path, got headed by an outer pair at the furlong grounds, gave way yet lasted for show. HAPPY AMERICAN bumped the starting gate upon leaving it, brushed with an outer foe at the start, raced near the rear along the inside, advanced while tipping out to the five path in midstretch and stayed on to miss show. ALDER raced at the rear two wide, shifted out to the six path in upper stretch and failed to menace. BILLAL broke a step slow and brushed with an inner foe at the start, tracked along the inside, took aim between the leaders in upper stretch but lacked a bid. BANGO brushed with an inner foe early on, stalked in the four path, gave way in the five path turning for home and tired.
