Footnotes
DOROTEO tracked from midpack in the two path into the turn, inched closer in the three to four path turning for home, ranged up to bid outside of the top pair at the furlong grounds then drove clear while flopping leads. INORDINARY stalked three wide, bid turning for home, sparred with an inner counterpart through upper stretch but got outkicked by a wider challenger at the furlong grounds then secured place. JUSTIFREAK stalked along the inside, bid two wide and along with an outer rival at the five sixteenths pole, dueled with that co-bidder through upper stretch but got outkicked by a wider bidder at the furlong grounds then yielded. COLT FORTY SEVEN saved ground off of the pace, shifted out to the four to five path in upper stretch, stayed on mildly and held fourth late. BIG ROG was slow into stride, trailed in the two path, advanced reaching the lane, shifted out to the five to six path in upper stretch then stayed on to miss fourth. CAPTAIN MERCURY brushed with an outer foe leaving the gate, set the pace along the inside, built a clear advantage down the backstretch, got collared by an outer pair of bidders at the five sixteenths pole and weakened entering the lane. DAMASCUS STEEL raced off of the pace in the four path and was done early. STORM THE STREETS brushed with an inner foe at the start, raced close up two wide, chased between horses around the turn then faded turning for home.
